Terms and Conditions for Emirates Skywards Members

The following promotional offers have been arranged for the benefit of Emirates Skywards members only (“Emirates Skywards Members”), and are provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to these offers are:

  1. Period of Promotion:
    1. The bonus Skywards double Miles Offer and the bonus Skywards triple Miles Offer are available to Emirates Skywards Members during the period 13 December 2019 – 12 January 2020 only.
  2. Participating Villages
    1. The bonus Skywards double miles are available at Bicester Village, La Vallée Village, Las Rozas Village and La Roca Village only (collectively the “double Miles Villages” and individually a “double Miles Village”).
    2. The bonus Skywards triple miles are available at Kildare Village, Fidenza Village, Wertheim Village, Ingolstadt Village and Maasmechelen Village only (collectively the “triple Miles Villages” and individually a “triple Miles Village”).
  3. Double Miles Offer:
    1. Members who present proof of their Emirates Skywards Membership together with their receipts for Qualifying Purchases, (being goods (including food and beverages)) purchased by a Emirates Skywards Member at a double Miles Village shall be entitled to receive two (2) Skywards Miles instead of the usual one (1) Skywards Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the “double Miles Offer”).
    2. Claims for the double Miles Offer can only be made on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made. No retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with the double Miles Offer.
    3. The double Miles Offer is not available to Emirates Skywards Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 5.2 below.
  4. Triple Miles Offer:
    1. Members who present proof of their Emirates Skywards Membership together with their receipts for Qualifying Purchases, (being goods (including food and beverages)) purchased by an Emirates Skywards Member at a triple Miles Village shall be entitled to receive three (3) Skywards Miles instead of the usual one (1) Skywards Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the “triple Miles Offer”).
    2. Claims for the triple Miles Offer can only be made on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made.  No retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with the triple Miles Offer.
    3. The triple Miles Offer is not available to Emirates Skywards Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 5.2 below.
  5. General
    1. Emirates Skywards Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Emirates Skywards Members personal data (which may include their name, membership number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to enable these promotional offers to be redeemed for the benefit of the Emirates Skywards Member and for the purposes of tracking the levels of an Emirates Skywards Member spend at the Participating Villages too assess whether certain annual spend thresholds have been met (see paragraph 5.2 below).     2. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Emirates Skywards Members in Participating Villages which is redeemed for Emirates Skywards. Where an Emirates Skywards Member has applied for Skywards Miles and, at any point within a calendar year, the Emirates Skywards Members collective annual spend at Participating Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Skywards Miles is equal to or exceeds £30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the Skywards Miles will be awarded for that Emirates Skywards Member for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of one (1) Skywards Mile for every £5 or €5 spent. Double Miles Offers and triple Miles Offers will not be available to Emirates Skywards Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold.
    3. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Skywards Miles under the Bonus Miles Offer, the double Miles Offer or the triple Miles Offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud.
    4. The right to benefit from this promotional offer is personal to the recipient of an invitation, and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient.
    5. This promotional offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with this offer may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes.
    6. The benefits granted by this promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
    7. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotional offer for any reason at any time.
    8. Value Retail will not be liable to the Emirates Skywards Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the promotional offer, or any failure or inability of the Emirates Skywards Member to take advantage of this promotional offer.
